Nilesh Dhankani began as a graphic designer in 2000, moved into marketing, and found his defining work in print. In 2014, an order of 50,000 books for an African publisher led him to found Quarterfold Printabilities. What started as a two person operation grew into one of India's most advanced book printing companies.

Every book we print carries someone's knowledge, someone's dream, and someone's future. We are grateful to be a small part of that journey.

Charani Khekho Dhankani

Director

Ms. Charani Dhankani is a distinguished graduate of the University of Delhi, where she topped her department and was awarded a Certificate of Excellence by former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. She received specialized training in Marketing and Merchandising from Wigan and Leigh College. Having previously overseen the company's Human Resources function, she is now actively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and educational development programs.

Sameer Kazi

With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, Mr. Sameer Kazi holds an M.Com from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing. He is passionate about building lasting customer relationships and driving business growth through a customer centric approach.

Dhiresh Verlekar

Head, Procurement

Mr. Dhiresh Verlekar leads Quarterfold's procurement function, managing a network of 100+ trusted vendor partners across paper, consumables, machinery, and allied services. His focus on supplier resilience, quality, and cost optimization supports the company's large scale production capabilities.

Tushar Wadhwani

Vice President, International Sales and Operations

With close to 12 years of experience, Tushar drives international sales and operations at Quarterfold, developing new markets, strengthening customer relationships and working closely with teams to ensure seamless execution. With a background in advertising, films and marketing management, he brings a creative and people-focused approach to business, with a strong emphasis on building lasting partnerships and delivering value to customers.

Namrata Mankani

A Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, working capital management, compliance and internal controls, Namrata plays a key role in strengthening Quarterfold's financial systems and governance. Sameer Sunil Chavan

Head, Central Planning and Production

With over 15 years of experience in the printing industry, Sameer leads Quarterfold Printabilities' Central Planning and Production departments. He is responsible for production planning, scheduling, resource optimisation and coordination, ensuring competitive, quality-driven solutions and timely execution across projects.

Good production begins with understanding the customer's requirements and aligning every process to deliver the right quality, efficiency and on-time execution.
